As a Human Resource practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Organization Development, Ronnie has occupied managerial positions in several companies from different industries such as: 7-Eleven, the convenience store market leader; Yellow Cab, a well-known and famous pizza brand; and 24/7 Customer Philippines, a call center company, where he handled almost 900 agents.

He finished his degree in Psychology from De La Salle University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines.  He has completed a diploma program on Training and Development from DLSU-College of St. Benilde as well as a certificate program on Compensation Management from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).  At present, he is a candidate for the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) program, a premier certification recognized in more than 50 countries worldwide. He is also the ambassador of the Certified HR Professional  under the umbrella of the International Federation of Professional Managers.

Ronnie runs his own management consultancy services company, Talent Reach, which primarily caters to small and medium enterprises. He is likewise affiliated with South East Asia Speakers and Trainers Bureau, Inc., which actively markets his EQ programs both for public and in-house conduct.
