Malou has been helping and continues to help individuals and organizations through her four (4) areas of competence, namely:
- As a Consultant/ Trainer for Talent Development, Talent Management and Talent Retention;
- As a Consultant/Trainer for Organization Development and Change Management;
- As a Certified Gestalt Life Coach; and
- As a Radio/TV Host of her own program – Mag-usap Tayo, Ms Malou – the first and only professional life coaching
on-air program for the masses at DZRH Teleradio and RHTV Cable TV Live every Sunday, 1-2pm, which program consistently rates as number 1 in its time slot.
For over 30 years, she has worked with almost all types of industries ranging from banking & finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, trading, service, food & beverage, and lately, IT & BPO companies. Her fields of expertise cover management and leadership, communication, sales and service excellence, and values development.
After graduating with a degree of Bachelor of Arts, major in Political Science and the Humanities, from St. Theresa’s College, she joined a foreign consulting company which pioneered executive search services in the Philippines. She later established her own consulting company and, as its Managing Director, served companies and institutions from diverse industries for more than 20 years until, experiencing a spiritual epiphany, she was led to go into independent consultancy, which gave her more time to render free consulting work for numerous NGOs, church and parachurch organizations as a form of ministry and giving back to society. She is currently the Director for OD/Learning and Development Services of the Speakers Bureau.
With her credentials both as a seasoned trainer/consultant and as a champion public speaker, having been a National Speech Champion, Prepared Speech Category, of Toastmasters International, she also gets invited as Keynote Speaker or Plenary Speaker in conferences, meetings and conventions of corporate clients and professional organizations.
