Dina Loomis is a woman whose life has been transformed by the power of speech. She is also a woman of many “firsts.” She is the first female Philippine District Governor of Toastmasters International, the first Filipina member of the Association of Image Consultants International, the first Filipina internationally recognized professional speaker and trainer, and is the founder and president of the first speakers bureau in the Philippines, the South East Asia Speakers and Trainers Bureau, Inc.
Dina’s passion is touching peoples’ lives in the most positive ways. She is a personal coach and trainer to executives, sales and marketing managers, and individuals who desire to succeed in life.

She was trained and mentored by two stalwarts in their fields: Dr. Denis Waitley, PhD, Waitley International, California, U.S.A. and Carla Mason Mathis of Body Beautiful, an image consulting firm in the U.S.A. Dr. Waitley trained her on The Winner’s Edge self-management skills development program to become one of only two accredited trainers authorized to conduct the program in the Asia-Pacific region. With Carla’s tutelage, on the other hand, she mastered colors, styles, image enhancement, business etiquette, protocol, and social graces, and these expertise she now shares with her clients to give them the winning edge.
